Our founder started Nerd Busters because of a nightmare experience with a certain “big box” tech support provider. Bad customer service combined with high prices and slow service gave him the inspiration to go into business. There had to be a better option.
We feel strongly that you should get what you pay for and that it’s also worth paying for service knowing you’ll get excellent customer support, follow through, and highly skilled techs. Our goal is to provide you with the best tech support available. We aim to be the best.
What to expect from us:
We promise to communicate clearly, responsively and patiently. We promise to be thorough and diligent, treating you like family and your computer as if it were our own. We promise to offer fair pricing and to clearly explain all work performed.
We support all drop-off, in-home, business, and remote work for 30 days. Because of the precarious nature of malware, we are unable to guarantee malware removal and prevention unless customers purchase our preferred virus prevention tool. We also do not guarantee work or results on customer built computers.
We guarantee all hardware parts for 90 days from completion of work. If something goes wrong, simply bring back your computer and we will fix it at no cost.*
*We do not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in this limited hardware warranty, and we do not accept liability for consequential or incidental damages, for third-party claims against you for damages, for products not being available for use, or for lost or damaged data or software or warrant that the operation of any product will be uninterrupted or error free. Our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the specific product that is the subject of a claim and must be applied to a replacement . This is the maximum amount for which we are responsible.
