Nerd Busters is an online website design, customized or turn-key preparation company which is designed to assist You in creating, building, managing, and promoting your websites for use on the Internet. Using Nerd Busters will give You the ability to personalize, customize and design Your websites to suit Your individual needs. All imagery provided to Nerd Busters by the client is assumed to be owned by the client and Nerd Busters takes no responsibility for their use in digital publication.
The Nerd Busters Small Business Website Design Solution by Nerd Busters is designed to be a low cost alternative to a costly custom designed and developed small business website. As such the following guidelines are strictly enforced to ensure quality and satisfaction.
1. The base model of the Nerd Busters Small Business Website Solution for $699.00 includes one template based website design for one URL and includes a home page design with your choice of image, a mini-about our product section, an About, Services, Blog and Contact Us page(Any more pages, plugins or additional deliverables will be reviewed and quoted as separate add-ons by your Nerd Busters representative).
2. Content for each of the 5 pages included in the Nerd Busters Small Business Website Solution will be provided by the client to Nerd Busters along with the signed contract. In addition, the full amount of $699.00/US will be paid in full before design and development begins on the website.
3. The first year of hosting for your new website is included in the base price and will than be billed yearly, one time a year at $10 per month every year after.
Refund Policy for Nerd Busters: Refunds are only given if a written cancellation of service requests is received. To cancel service with Nerd Busters in writing via email – your cancellation request must be in writing to receive a refund. You can request a refund in writing to info@NerdBusters.com. You must understand that Nerd Busters provides a very specific and labor intensive “Service” which requires hours of labor and staffing time to do website design specific to your business. By using Nerd Busters website, hosting, products and services, You and Your business agree to the terms of Nerd Busters Refund and Cancellation policy. Nerd Busters reserves the right to terminate the website design/development at any time if terms of contract are not met by the client at which time a full 100% refund will be granted to the client within 2 weeks of termination.
If all website content and photos have not been received by Nerd Busters from the client, within 1 month from receipt of the full payment of $699.00 an additional charge of $250.00 will be assessed or a full refund will be issued and the contract for service will be terminated.
Nerd Busters may amend this User Agreement, Privacy Policy, & Refund Policy from time to time. Use of information we collect now is subject to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, & Refund Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by sending you an email. Users are bound by any changes to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, & Refund Policy when he or she uses the Website after such changes have been first posted.
